Serenity and Strength LLC is an in-network provider for:
- PacificSource
- First Choice Health Network
- Providence
- Regence
- Moda Health
We can bill insurance directly for these companies. We can also bill Samaritan Choice and some Kaiser plan through First Choice Health Network.
For other companies, we can provide you with a “superbill” which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Insurance companies vary in their benefits for out-of-network providers. Please contact your insurance prior to making an appointment to ensure you know how much you can be reimbursed for services.
A 20% discount is applied for self-payment at the time of service without use of insurance. Otherwise, I do not have a sliding scale.
